Built for a sound installation class. I was thinking about how there are a lot of circuits that are reversible (speakers/microphones, motors/generators, LEDs/solar panels), and wanted to create something that was sort of the opposite of an electric guitar – a resonant wooden body activated by electical currents. The form is a continuation of what I was trying to do with the Sound Spirits – objects that feel alive.
